The shipment is made by CTT. The item is sent one business day (Saturday and Sunday the carrier is closed) after payment received (it normally takes 5 to 10 business days on Europe) but I can not guarantee this time if item passes by customs it takes longer (the time it takes to pass by customs is out of our control and it varies from country to country). It can sometimes take more than a month. To Portugal it's more fast 2 or 3 business days
