Please be aware that these are approximate UK size suggestions. For example, the UK 8-14 size belt will give much more of a 'cinched' look to those that are a size 14 than those that are a size 8.
All UK purchases are posted 1st Class via the Royal Mail, however postage upgrades are available. All purchases made outside of the UK are posted Air Mail Standard via the Royal Mail, unless an upgrade has been selected at checkout.
We offer a no quibble refund policy. All items must be returned in the same condition, and have all tags intact, and including all packaging and accessories which were part of the item. Returns must be received by us no more than 28 days after it was delivered to you. Customers cover the cost of the return postage. Return items remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. We advise that customers obtain proof of postage for return items. In the unlikely event of an incorrect or damaged item being sent by us, we will reimburse full postal costs. We would advise that the easiest way to arrange an exchange, is to simply order your chosen item as normal, as this will confirm if your item is in stock. All returned items must be in perfect condition, and if they are damaged in any way, including scent or deodorant marks, or if it is clear that the item has been worn for any other reason than fitting, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be given.
When returning the item, please include the return slip given by eBay, or the original packing slip.
