DELIVERY
FREE UK EXPRESS DELIVERY (United Kingdom and Northern Ireland):
- For UK deliveries we use DHL courier service (next day delivery).
- This service is delivered free of charge to all UK addresses.
- We send out within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends).
INTERNATIONAL (non-UK):
For international orders we offer two options on delivery:
1. Royal Mail International Signed For Service (£8 per order):
- This is our standard international delivery option and this service is charged at a flat rate of £8 per order.
- Please note that Royal Mail International Signed For Service requires a signature on delivery, but it does not offer a tracking facility whilst in transit.
- Please allow approx. 3 - 5 working days for delivery to most of Europe.
- Please allow approx. 5 - 7 working days for delivery to the rest of the World (non-European destinations).
2. DHL Express Courier (premium service).
- This is our premium international delivery express option.
- For all European countries the courier cost costs £20 per order (please allow approx. 2 working days for delivery to most of mainland Europe).
- For all non-European countries the courier service costs £25 per order (please allow approx. 3 - 4 working days for delivery to rest of the World).

RETURNS:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from designervillage. However, should you wish to return anything from us, will be happy to issue a full refund provided the item is:
- Returned in its original and unused condition.
- Received within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Customer pays for return delivery charge.
So if you wish to return an item please follow the instructions below:
- Please email customerservice@designervillage.com notifying us of the item you wish to return, the reason for the return and the order reference number.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Additional Info
- Once the product has been safely returned, we will check that the item is in a fully resellable condition and will issue a refund within a maximum of 3 working days.
