Shipping costs are based on weight and location as determined by USPS and UPS.  We do not charge a packaging fee. Returns are accepted for money back or item replacement, if possible.  After receiving the item buyer must contact us within 30 Days.  Item MUST be returned in same condition as sold at buyer's expense. If item is damaged in shipment buyer must comply with postal service insurance requirements prior to receiving refund.

Partial refunds will not be considered.
