Items are sent via post office or various courier services, depending on size/weight of item and your location. Please supply a contact telephone number when purchasing as this will be given to the courier if any issues when delivering your parcel.

FREE Postage offer are for mainland UK only (England, Wales and South Scotland). Additional charges will be incurred for postcodes outside of mainland UK, which include BT, PA, KW, IV, HS, AB, IM, ZE, GY, JE, DD, PH, KA, PO. So please contact us for a price before purchasing. We are happy to send items across the world, again please contact us for a quote before purchasing.

Please inspect item before signing for on delivery. If item looks damaged sign for it as damaged, or refuse to sign for it, and please notify us ASAP. We must be notified within 24 hours.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please notify us ASAP via eBay messages and return your item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase. We will give you a full refund minus the postage costs (If you've paid postage).

The buyer will have to pay postage to send any parcels back to us. All delivery/postal charges are non refundable.

We only accept returns if it comes back in their original packaging. All items must be sent back unused, unmarked and undamaged and in the same condition as we sent it out. So please, if you do send your parcel back then package it well.

We are not liable for missing parcels that you have sent back, so always obtain proof of posting and tracking number.
