- All return requests be in writing within 14 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
- Returned products must be 100% complete, in unused, re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing we will charge a restocking fee.
- Winning bidder must arrange payment within 7 days.
- This is a professional system and we recommend installation by suitably qualified installers. You may opt to install yourself but please be aware that you may compromise the manufacturer's warranty if you install incorrectly.
- Delivery fees is not refundable.

All air conditioning units comes with 1 year parts only warranty with no compensation for labour allowance.
You will need to arrange for the item to be returned to base in London for warranty service. All parts or items to be replaced under warranty will be delivered to you at a UK address without delivery cost to you.
Where an item has been delivered to us under warranty and is subsequently found to be faulty due to installation or any other reasons and not due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with an estimate of cost to repair the item and the cost of delivery before carrying out any repair work.
