Packaging/Handling: We take time to package properly to ensure that your item(s) arrive safely. We use professional boxes and professional packaging materials. We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment -- many times on the same day. We will do all we can to get your item to you as fast as possible.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping in the continental United States will generally be by FedEx Ground service (occasionally we will ship by USPS Priority service for smaller items), and will have a flat rate charge of ($100.00) for this sale. This includes full value insurance fees. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge if needed. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional surcharges.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping internationally will be by either FedEx Economy International service or USPS Priority Mail service depending on the location. International shipping will have a flat rate charge of ($250.00) for this sale. Shipments are designated "delivered at place". Buyer is responsible for duty, tax, and fees that may be charged by their country's customs office. Other shipping methods are available if requested.

All of our sales come with a standard 60 day warranty. Starting from the date of delivery, the customer will have 60 days to test their equipment and make sure it is operating correctly. If for any reason the equipment is not working correctly, we will either fix, replace, or accept a return on the item. If the customer wishes to return a system that is working properly, we may have to charge a 10-20% restocking fee. We will never deceive or make our customers feel like they are being taken advantage of. No gimmicks, no tricks.
