Exchange & Return

1. Contact us about the product issue as well as the item number which is included in the invoice. 2. We will send you detailed instructions including trouble shooting guide(if needed) and return process. 3. Shipping

For domestic (US 50 states, APO, and Porto Rico) orders, we ship via USPS with First Class Mail(3-5 business days) or Priority Mail(2-4business days) with tracking number. For International Orders, we shipped through USPS First Class Mail. It usually takes 4-5 weeks (1-3 weeks for Canada) for the package to be delivered. Sometimes it could be delayed a bit longer due to postal or custom reasons. We appreciate your patience. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business days. If you have special requests regarding combine shipping, faster shipping methods such as Express Mail, or want to ship with other couriers, please contact us and we could ship it via express or Fedex overnight with extra shipping cost.
