If your order arrives and there is a problem with it or it is damaged then please speak to us first before leaving bad feedback or opening one of those damned annoying ebay cases. If your complaint is sent in a polite and sensible manner then you may be surprised how much we will bend over backwards for you. After all its you that keeps us in business and we want you to come back. 

Orders sent by post. Royal mail now expect us to wait 15 days after dispatch before we can claim for lost items and we will not dispatch replacements for items that have gone astray in the post until that time period is up, sorry. If your order has not turned up within the stated delivery time after dispatch then please check areas around the outside of your house to see if the item has been left safe ( garden sheds, porch ways etc).. CHECK with other family members!!! It is becoming a regular event that we are getting missing order complaints to find out another household member has taken it in, put it somewhere and not communicated with the intended recipient. Check with your immediate neighbours to see if it has been left with them. ASK your postman. Please do all this before making a missing order enquiry with us. Also please be aware that royal mail are now investigating people who regularly make claims for missing parcels. Claiming that something has not arrived when it has is theft.

Overseas orders please note, airmail usually takes 5 to 10 working days but to some places like Brazil, Korea and some other countries it can take up to 8 weeks. If you are not willing to wait that long please do not order.
