Torture Me, Goblin’s Blade, Battalions, Back To Reign, Master Of Disguise und Frost And Fire  - MASTERS OF DISGUISE hauchen sechs US- (Speed) Metal Klassikern neues Leben ein.

Nach dem erfolgreichen zweiten Album The Savage And The Grace und der Aufsehen erregenden Tour mit OMEN im Frühjahr 2015 war es MASTERS OF DISGUISE ein Bedürfnis, zu ihren musikalischen Wurzeln zurückzukehren und ihrer Hingabe zum US-Metal der 80er Jahre einen Tribut zu zollen. Die Auswahl umfasst geradezu zwingende Songs wie Back To Reign von AGENT STEEL oder den Titeltrack des SAVAGE GRACE Debüts, aber auch fast vergessene Perlen wie OMEN’s Torture Me (aus der legendären METAL MASSACRE Sampler-Reihe),  Goblin’s Blade von HEATHEN oder das gnadenlose Battalions von METAL CHURCH, eine der besten Speed Metal Granaten aller Zeiten. Besondere Erwähnung gebührt Frost And Fire von der Underground-Legende CIRITH UNGOL, die MASTERS OF DISGUSE von einer bisher nicht gekannten Seite zeigt. 

Mit ihrem Debüt Back With A Vengeance von 2013 füllten MASTERS OF DISGUISE die musikalische Lücke, die SAVAGE GRACE fast 30 Jahre zuvor interlassen hatten. Zwei Jahre später stand mit The Savage And The Grace der Nachfolger an, der klassisch auf dem Vorgänger aufbaute und erneut die Speedfreaks in Rage versetzte.

Bevor nun die Arbeiten an dem dritten regulären Longplayer beginnen, haben MASTERS OF DISGUISE in Eigenregie die EP The Fine Art Of Aging Gracefully veröffentlicht, die als CD zunächst exclusiv bei den anstehenden Konzerten (u.a. als Support von MANILLA ROAD) erhältlich sein wird. The Fine Art Of Aging Gracefully verbreitet die ungestüme Aufbruchstimmung der 80er US Metal Szene, und MASTERS OF DISGUSE haben es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, diesen Spirit in die Gegenwart zu tragen. Die Zeichen stehen auf Sturm!

Torture Me, Goblin’s Blade, Battalions, Back To Reign, Master Of Disguise and Frost And Fire  - MASTERS OF DISGUISE bring new life into US- (Speed) Metal classics.

After their successful second album "The Savage And The Grace" and their exciting tour with OMEN in Spring 2015 MASTERS OF DISGUISE felt the need to return to their musical roots and to make tribute to their dedication to the US Metal of the 1980s. Their selection include unforgettable "Back To Reign" by AGENT STEEL and the title track of SAVAGE GRACE's debut album, as well as almost forgotten gems such as OMEN’s "Torture Me" (from the legendary METAL MASSACRE sampler series),  "Goblin’s Blade" by HEATHEN and the merciless "Battalions" by METAL CHURCH, one of the best all-time Speed Metal tracks. Special mention should be made to "Frost And Fire" by the underground legends CIRITH UNGOL, which show MASTERS OF DISGUSE from a side they have never revealed before. 

With their debut, "Back With A Vengeance" released in 2013, MASTERS OF DISGUISE filled the musical gap which SAVAGE GRACE had left behind them almost 30 years previously. Two years later they released the follow-up work, "The Savage And The Grace", which built on its predeccor in classical metal style and which also set speedfreaks going crazy.

Before beginning work on their third, regular long player, MASTERS OF DISGUISE have released the EP "The Fine Art Of Aging Gracefully" off their own bat, a work which will at first be available exclusively at the next planned shows, where the bands will be supporting MANILLA ROAD and other bands. "The Fine Art Of Aging Gracefully" will be introducing an  unforgettable renaissance of the 80s US metal scene, and MASTERS OF DISGUSE feel it their duty to uphold the spirit and feeling in modern times.
