Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2011 Premium Add-On gives small businesses a flexible and cost effective solution for deploying additional servers on a network running Windows SBS 2011. It provides a platform for running line-of-business (LOB) applications that are based on the Microsoft® SQL Server® operating system, role-based server deployments (such as additional domain controllers), and virtual servers that run in a Hyper-V™ environment. It also gives you the flexibility to access a second application platform when you need it, yet requires minimal IT resources. Designed as an add-on component for Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials or Standard it can also be used in an SBS 2008 network. 

SBS 2011 Premium Add-on comes with the following in the DVD Box:

    • Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit software DVD
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition 64bit DVD (ISO cut to disc - please read below)
    • COA License Sticker with Activation Keys for Physical & Virtual 2008 Servers (Acts as the legal license for both the SERVER 2008 R2 + CALS and SQL 2008 R2 + CALS)  The unused COA is attached to the back of the DVD box.
    • Product Key Sticker for SQL 2008 R2 for Small Business with Activation Code
    • Microsoft Software Terms License Booklet
    • Microsoft SBS 2011 Premium 5 CAL License Sheet

We found that this item had 2 copies of the Server 2008 R2 DVD in the box and no SQL 2008 R2 DVD.  We have removed the extra 2008 media and included the SQL 2008 R2 ISO cut to disc instead.  We have reduced the price to reflect this.  It is possible to download this softeware free of charge directly from Microsoft in any case...it is the COA, legal license to use the software and CALS and activation codes you are paying for with the product here.
