Everything I sell comes from my clean, smoke-free and pet-free home. All items are 100% authentic! Victoria Secret Items may have small black lines through tags to prevent store returns. I stand behind everything I sell. If there are any problems with the items please notify me right away so we can resolve the issue. Any questions please feel free to ask, I will respond to all questions within 24-48 hours (usually less but allow 48 hrs please)

Combined Order/Shipping Cost

I do also offer combined shipping, please wait for combined invoice with adjusted shipping charges before paying for multiple purchases. Most of my listings offer free shipping. For the few that do not please contact me for combined shipping charges.

If you are bidding on several items please let me know at end of first auction so I can wait to send combined invoice.

Payment

I only accept PayPal, please keep in mind when paying with e-check through PayPal it takes an additional 5-7 days for check to clear.

Payment is expected within 7 days. I am very easy to work with, if you need more than 7 days please let me know ahead of time otherwise unpaid item case will be opened and item re-listed.

Shipping (US)

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time in the US

Most items will ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment

International Orders

I do ship worldwide. International orders can take anywhere from a week to 3 months to arrive depending on customs in your country. On average they take only from 2-6 weeks. Please be patient will all international orders, I do my best to package and ship the orders out but I have no control over how long customs holds the order before they decide to ship it to you. Please do not ask for a refund because the item is taking too long to get to you prior to the 3 month timeframe. I have to wait out the 3 month possible shipping time before issuing a refund for non receipt of an item. After the time has passed if you still havent received your item then I have no problem issuing you a full refund or sending a replacement.

All international orders are shipped using first class international mail, which does not include detailed tracking. If detailed tracking is needed please contact me for rates to upgrade shipping.

***Anything that has lace on it is not able to be shipped to Italy per, customs will not allow it to pass through***
