It's this simple:
STEP 1 - PEEL.
Brush teeth. Tear open foil pouch and peel the upper strip from the backing plastic, with a dry clean hand.
STEP 2 - APPLY.
Apply the upper strip - press the sticky side with the gel on to your teeth. Line up with the edge of gums and apply gentle pressure to mould the strip securely. Fold the rest over.Repeat for the specially shaped lower strip.
STEP 3 - REVEAL.
Remove both strips gently after 30 minutes, dispose and rinse your mouth.

You will receive 28 strips, 14 upper and 14 lower, sealed in pairs in foil packaging, all sealed within a box with instructions in written and picture form.
Please note: This is a 14 day course, and although results may appear after only a few uses, please continue to use daily for 30 minutes and complete the course. All bleaching agents used to whiten teeth will only work on natural tooth structure. This means that all dental work (veneers, crowns, caps, bonding and bridges will NOT bleach or whiten. All dental work would then need to be replaced to match the newly whitened teeth.
