We accept the return of new and unused merchandise in its original packaging up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Used or washed items cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of unwanted items.

We stand by all of our manufacturers warranties. In most cases the manufacturer must inspect the item before it can be deemed a warranty. If covered under warranty, the product may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion. Buyer is responsible for all shipping in warranty cases.

For returns a restocking fee of up to 15% may be taken out of the return price. This is done to offset our original free shipping

Tube Disclaimer

The tubes DiscountBikeSupply sells are new and high quality. They come straight from the manufacturer and have not been taken out of the box. If a flat is experienced shortly after installation, it is almost always due to one of the following: 1) Improper installation due to use of a tool or a pinch flat. 2) Not properly removing debris from tire. You must make sure to be absolutely sure that the object or reason for your first flat does not lead to another one right away.

We will only return or refund tubes that have never been opened or attempted to be installed. Due to the nature of bike tubes it is very easy to puncture without knowing and assume it is a manufacturer defect.
