SALE TERMS - PLEASE READ

• The ONLY way to contact us is to use the 'Ask Seller a Question’ via EBay
• We will endeavor to answer questions / queries within one working day
• Our office trading hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm Friday 9.00 - 4.00 GMT
• Unfortunately we are unable to answer questions out of trading hours this includes weekends or G.B. public holidays
• The main method of payment is Paypal (paypal eCheques take 3-5 days to clear). We also accept Postal Orders (not crossed) Cheques, & Cash by prior agreement only so contact us before purchase.
• All good remain the property of the seller until full & final payment is met
• If payment is declined / reversed after delivery & goods are not returned to us within 3 working days we will deem payment overdue and will request full & final payment within 7 days. Failure to provide full and final payment may result in additional charges and a county court judgement made against the buyer  
• All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post, unless otherwise stated
• When possible we will offer a safer, faster delivery option that may entail addition charges
• Any returns must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery date in an unused, re-saleable condition with all packaging in tact. 
• It is the buyer’s responsibility for return postage & packaging fee’s
• There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all goods returned (faulty goods excluded)
• We do not accept returns on custom personalised goods unless the item has a manufacturing defect
• Goods are dispatched within 1-2 working days - occasionally it may take longer
• We do not guarantee any delivery dates what so ever
• Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery - Royal Mail do not always deliver the next day
• In the event that an item is lost in the post, we will, where possible send a replacement, please note Royal Mail do not deem goods  lost until 15 working days after dispatch date
• We will claim for lost items from Royal Mail and will expect the buyers co-operation in helping with claims
• If goods are damaged during transit it is the buyer’s responsibility to claim against Royal Mail / courier for damaged goods. We will do our utmost to support your claim.
• In the event of Royal Mail strikes / closures or adverse weather conditions we may delay dispatch of goods until a suitable time arises.
• Overseas orders are not deemed lost until 40 working days after dispatch date
• Overseas orders can take from 6-10 working days but up to 21 days to be delivered
• We take no responsibility for additional taxes / import duties incurred when over seas buyers purchase our products
• We appreciate your custom and hope that you a happy with your purchase. If you have a problem, contact us before leaving negative feedback. If we don’t know about it, we cannot resolve it!
• Feedback is automatically left after feedback is received
• An Unpaid Item will be reported to Ebay after 7 days. If you have ordered the item in error, contact us ASAP requesting to cancel the order.
