Doubleday 1946, Garden City, NY.  12 full page illustrations by Salvador Dali.  Has an illustration on the slip case.  The slip case has several rips and tears in the corners and is split along the top seam.  The book has a chip on the spine at the top, an owners library decal on the inside cover page.  Otherwise the book is near fine inside.
