These spools are designed for tenkara rods and are just big enough to make winding your line a simple and quick. We have a simple philosophy about business. If you treat your customers right and give them the best service you can, then they will be repeat customers. We are located in Centennial Colorado, near Denver. We have a gorgeous view of the Rocky Mountains and are only a short ride away from great skiing, fishing, biking, and many other outdoor activities. Many of us here are avid cyclists and our office is usually full of the bicycles we rode to work. We try to get out and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible.

Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. If you encounter difficulty completing payment, please call us for assistance.
Shipping

Most orders placed before 3:30 PM Mountain Time typically ship same-day or next business day. We offer free shipping on most items. If you choose free shipping service, we will ship your order by the most economical method which could take up to 10 days for delivery. If you need your order faster, we also offer several express services. We ship international as well, please see our shipping page here for full details.
Returns

Did you buy the wrong product, or it didn't fit your needs? No problem. Returns or exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the purchase date. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange and get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. We'll take the item back as long as it's new with all tags and original packaging (if applicable). Just ship it all back to us by any method you choose, but we recommend you use a service with tracking or delivery confirmation. Looking to exchange? We will send you an invoice or issue a refund, depending on the price difference. Your exchange item will be shipped to you with our standard free shipping. (U.S. orders only) Just want a refund? Refunds usually take 3-4 business days to be processed back through the original method you used to pay.
