FITTING ADVICE

You must check your equipment for any faults that may have caused the original unit to fail. Sometimes units fail having worn out and other times fail due to a vehicle fault.

BEFORE fitting the replacement unit you must be 100% sure that there are no vehicle faults present (and sometimes these can be intermittent and difficult to trace).

We will only supply Original Equipment (OE) units or units that are of equal quality to OE units We know that these are the only types of units that will last, and are of the same quality as you would get from a main dealer. Copy non-OE units do have quality issues which is why we do not sell these.

Payment must be received within 2 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.

If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. 7 days after we have despatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above
