Defects – We receive a lot of emails asking what defect a certain size has. Unfortunately we’re unable to specify exact defects as we have more than one of each size and the defects vary on the garment. All stock is packed up in our warehouse which is purely for picking.

Combined postage – We do offer combined postage, however eBay doesn’t automatically combine the postage unless you buy the same size of the same item. We ask you to put all items wanted in your basket and proceed to checkout. All items must be bought under one transaction. When this is done it will glad up on our end and postage will be combined and reimbursed accordingly after the order has been processed.

Returns – We understand that not everything is suitable. So we have a no quibble returns policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us and send your item back for a refund (less the postage).

Faulty goods – Everything is checked before sent out but if for some reason your item is faulty we do accept returns. Once the item has been returned to us, we check the item over and issue a FULL REFUND, including postage cost incurred returning the item.

What is Ex Chain store? - This expression is referred to when stock from the main supply chain (e.g topshop, river island, miss selfridge etc etc) has been cancelled or is a surplus over buy of the big store groups, the stock is sold to wholesalers in the UK with strict policies on brand/price tags/tickets to be removed to deter fraudulent store return claims, the stock is sold as part of the original order.
