Delivery: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm, on the weekend or on UK public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Most of our packages do not fit through standard letterboxes, so it is advisable that someone be present on the expected delivery date, otherwise please look out for Royal Mail′s red ‘Something For You′ card.

Delivery Warnings: Delivery times can vary and are dependent on various factors. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to weather, strike action or any other factor beyond our control.

For delivery outside of the EU: Custom clearance, duties and taxes are to be handled by the customer. We are not liable for any delays due to customs or any other international shipping issues.

Late or Missing Deliveries: Our items have different delivery times. First Class deliveries should be received within 1-2 working days and Second Class deliveries should be received within 2-5 working days. If your order does not arrive within the time frames stated above, please check with your neighbours, your safe place and with your local delivery office before contacting us. 

Payment Options: Currently, we only accept payment via PayPal. If you would like a different payment options or would like to pay on collection, please contact us via eBay.

Starting as manufacturers in the early 1990s, we have grown to become well-known designers and suppliers of bespoke childrenswear in the wholesale market in the UK, Europe and beyond. The confidence in our designs, quality and production time has led us to introduce Little Miss Bella as a retail brand in 2014. Through Little Miss Bella, we want to give our customers a special and a unique option to buy great quality designs without paying big brand prices.

Our UK based designers strive to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and designs in childrenswear. Having suppliers and good links around the globe, from Turkey to Taiwan, allows us to source the best materials and accessories to produce fine quality products.

In 2016, we launched our eBay shop with the aim to provide top quality everyday children's clothing products (along with our unique special occasion wear) at great prices. Though we do not manufacture some these products ourselves, we ensure that our suppliers provide excellent quality products that have been manufactured ethically.

• We take pride in offering outstanding customer service. Please contact us via eBay if you have any questions, complaints, comments or feedback. We promise to reply within 24 hours. However, please bear with us if you are emailing us on the weekend, public holidays or peak times such as Christmas. Please be sure to leave a contact number should you query be urgent.

• We promise to provide you with a garment that is fit for purpose and has good quality material, stitching and workmanship. We will issue a full refund should any of our products fail to adhere to this promise. 

• We will do our very best to dispatch orders the same or the next working day. As we want to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, our returns and exchange policy will last for 30 days. 

• We promise to not take you, our customer, for granted and will work hard to gain your trust. We will regularly update our eBay, website and our collections and from time to time send all our subscribed customers special offers and discounts.

Returns: Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. We are happy to issue refunds for any unwanted goods, provided they are returned in a resalable condition, unused and with all packaging, labels and security tags intact. We are not able to able to issue full refunds if an item is returned without the original tags, not in a resalable condition or a refund claim is made after 30 days since the purchase. Please contact us via eBay before returning any products. Any shipping costs charged will not be refunded for returned items.

Exchanges: Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days. We will be happy to exchange products for a different size or colour if required. Please contact us via eBay before returning any products for an exchange. Please note that return shipping will have to be paid by the customer.

Faulty/Damaged Goods & Missing Items: All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, should your order arrive with items missing, damaged or with items in unusable condition, please contact us via eBay immediately. If possible, please attach an image of the product(s). A replacement will be sent out as quickly as possible or a full refund will be issued immediately. Claims for damaged goods or missing items should be made within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
