Payments must be received within 3 days for paypal & other payments & 10 days for postal payments. 

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed within 24 hours (week Days). Although estimated delivery time is 3-4 days, UK. You will receive an email from our Couirers  with your tracking number. Everything is checked Prior to sending & we stamp the inside of every Box.

Lost or damaged items will be refunded or replaced as soon as Royal mail or couriers agree to refund. We always send items tracked and will claim for lost/damaged items from Royal Mail or courier. However Royal Mail have rules that a package being sent within UK, is not declared lost until 15 working days have passed. so if your item has not arrived after 15 working days then that's the time to contact us. For international delivery it is 30 working days (1 month). We will of course keep you updated through email. Please check your email inbox prior to contacting us as, if your item has been sent by courier. You would have received an email from them with all your tracking details.

Refunds & Returns NO QUIBBLE RETURNS  If you want to cancel or return an item. Non fitting / Change of mind / Exchanges you have 30  calendar days for the item to reach us . This is from receipt of the goods and must be via the platform you purchased from,  Any returns MUST be in a resalable condition, for e.g unworn, all packaging intact and the box not taped up or wrote on. The return cost is your responsibility and we advise returns are sent via a tracked service, The item is your responsiblity until delivere to us. Any Exchanges we suggest you Purchase the size you require and return the inappropriate size to us as we cannot guarantee sizes will be in stock on demand. We will issue a refund once we receive the undesired pair. Unfortunalty Refunds will NOT be given if the above is not adhered to.
FAULTY ITEMS We apologise if, on rare occasions, your item is faulty, please contact us  where we will be happy to address the situation. Please do not send the item back before you have contacted us.Your Item will need to be signed for upon delivery, or inform us of a safe place your item can be left prior to us dispatching.

RETURNS

*Item must be unworn and in original condition (apart from trying on carpeted surfaces). The return must be in its original box and must be repackaged with no tape attached to the box itself. Failure to do so will result in no refund being issued. You are responsible for the item until we have received them back, sp we do suggest using a tracked service. Non fitting and faulty items must be returned within 28 Working days of receipt.
