Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, merchandise ships within 3 business days upon receiving payment. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for receipt of merchandise from the ship date in accordance with postal service shippment durations. We cannot ship items over 70 lbs. to P.O. Box. We will only ship to addresses registered with PayPal at the time of shipping.
Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping upon request or if the items are purchased all within the same order. Excludes discounts on items with free shipping. If you are purchasing quantities over 3 the item may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Backordered Items: If merchandise is backordered or shipment will be delayed for any reason we will first notify you and happily offer you a full refund with a cancelation of the order. We guarantee all merchandise will ship in a maximum of 30 days from date of purchase.
Postage & Fees: Shipping prices are for USA only. Free shipping does not include International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO. All transactions to these locations incur an additional per item handling fee for processing.
Carrier Service: Seller reserves the right to change shipping method or carrier service provider at time of shipment. We cannot select which shipping company will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community without certain types of delivery. We cannot guarantee shipments for Saturday, Sunday or holiday deliveries.

Locations: We currently ship worldwide accept to specific locations.  Please see exclusion list within your items listing to inquire if we will ship to your country.
Postage & Fees: All international transactions incur an additional per item handling fee for processing. The additional handling charges are determined based on size & weight of items being purchased.
Delivery Time: Shipments for international export may require an additional 3 - 4 business days for processing time before shipment.
Carrier Service: Shipping Carriers for international orders are chosen based on service availability & reputation for delivery location. USPS shipments are limited in weight & size based on the receiving countries regulations and policies.
Import duties, taxes, and charges: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. If a buyer asks to commit customs fraud, buystro will report it to eBay.

Buystro gladly accepts payment through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to set up and confirm your PayPal account prior to purchasing an item from us. We take US funds only. Please note that all transactions are set to automatically enter into an “unpaid item case” if payment is not received by the 4th day after purchase. Currently PayPal is the only payment method available to buyers.

Currently we do not offer bulk rate discounts due to a low inventory of many items we carry. Also, with certain items, limits on purchase quantity may apply.

Please initiate the return within 30 days from the ship date and ensure that the merchandise is returned in original manufacturer box, with enclosed documentation and all parts (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). No returns or credit requests are accepted after 30 days of invoice/ship date.

If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not you. If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier for inspection. Then please contact buystro via eBay message. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.
