GENERAL TIRE DISPLAY SIGN. It is being sold as used as it has sign of wear from being stored or possibly used. There appear that they could be old new stock, but I am not positive so I am listing as used. They are in good condition and they are in a plastic bag to protect them. The auction is for just the signs you see in the photos, the wire tire rack is not included. The photos are of a set and will vary in wear, but all are with the same amount for being stored in a box. Please see all of the photos for the measurements of the sign. The wear for the age of these signs is expected and would be considered normal. Great item. Please feel free to ask any questions. • If other shipping arrangements need to be made for a faster delivery any expenses for the express or overnight is the buyer responsibility.
• We only ship for free within the continental USA, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses or any other USA territory.
• We only ship to the confirmed PayPal address. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Return Policy

• Any item needing to be returned will need to follow the eBay Return Policy and be done through eBay by requesting a return.
• An Item can be returned for arriving damage must have pictures of the damaged item in the packaging and labeled as such when requesting the return. Required for us to hold the carrier responsible.
• If you feel an item has been described incorrectly please review the description and to ensure the information is correct prior to requesting a return.
• Once a return is accepted there will be a return label sent for the return, unless it is communicated differently.
• Return shipping fees are not refundable if they are not sent with the label provided.
