About RAINS

Based on the idea of making a modern and affordable version of the classic quality raincoat, we made the first rain jacket during the fall of 2011. The concept was meant to be simple and easy to understand, which lead us to the name: RAINS.

From the fascination of making products that are needed across geographic and lifestyle borders, we developed the concept for the first serious launch in June 2012. We believe in renewing the general view on rainwear, and bringing positive associations to going out in a rainy day.

Our vision is to make rainwear for the people. We strive to be a key element in the positive associations to rain. Our product collection contains an innovative interpretation of what rainwear can be. From bags and accessories to wellys and rain jackets, we strive to make water resistant quality products that fit to the identity of a modern person.

The story of RAINS is short in time, but long enough to conclude, that the idea of modern rainwear is needed across cultures, and that motivates us to show you new ways of improving the travel through a rainy day in the nearest future.

FREE 24 Hour Tracked UK Delivery

All orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. UK delivery is by Royal Mail 24 - we reserve the right to use Fedex 24 for larger/heavier orders. This is a 1-2 working day service and your item will be scanned on delivery to confirm it has been delivered.

All International postage is by Royal Mail International Signed For and will take approximately 3-10 working days depending on your country. International deliveries require a signature and tracking information will be sent to you via Ebay messages. All Import duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

This is a Brand New item and is sold in its original packaging. You may return the item, unworn, in its original undamaged packaging complete with tags and labels within 30 days of purchase date. Please send us an Ebay message to begin returns procedure and we will reply with how to proceed.

UK Postage will only be refunded by us if the item is incorrect or faulty. International Postage will not be refunded. We recommend that you open the packaging carefully and do not try the garment on whilst wearing perfume/aftershave, make-up etc. Please take care when re-packaging the garment for return postage to ensure it is returned as it was delivered. We also advise that you use a recorded/tracked delivery service that offers you insurance against damage or loss. These terms do not affect your Statutory Rights.
