Shipping
We will ship within 3 business days of confirmed payment. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your item is sent. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses – sorry! We will combine shipments if you purchase multiple items. Shipping is based on weight and the first pound is the most expensive so it pays to ship multiple items in one package. Shipping within Canada: We use CanadaPost for shipment within Canada. Local pick up in Toronto can be arranged. Please contact us. Shipping to the US and Internationally is also available (cost based on location; happy to offer flexible shipping options based on speed and to suit your budget). Insurance is at your option.
Payment
We would appreciate payment within # business days of winning an item. We accept PAYPAL. Please note that eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) if an item is not paid within 16 days. For Canadian Purchasers: Canadian purchasers are subject to HST. I really wish this wasn’t the case, but it is… Sorry! For Non-Canadian Purchasers: Import duties and other taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Returns
