This is a used part, which may prove some signs of wears,tears and pen marks. Note, some of these parts are covered with dust and bits when we take them out, however we clean them as much as possible but some areas may not be reached. So there still be remainders around the heatsink's grills, also it is because of material of this part that it's made out of. In most cases it is copper plate. Some misshaping or deformation may be possible because copper is bendy.
