You may return a product purchased through MR Photo within fourteen(14) days of purchase for exchange or a refund. If you want to return any item, please contact us via Ebay messaging or customer service phone number for an RMA number.

Shipping an item back to MR Photo without contacting us first, may lead to refused delivery on our side and package being returned to you, at your cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 5% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (since the carrier will be charging us for both ways). Please make sure we authorized your return.

All returns must include original box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if the goods are not in its original condition..
