Delivery

All orders placed before 1pm UK time on weekdays are processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 1pm on weekdays or at weekends/bank holidays are shipped the next working day.

We provide three classes of delivery, to select the delivery method you require, on the Ebay checkout screen at the bottom select the delivery method you prefer.

Problems with your order

If you have a problem with you order for any reason please contact us as soon as convenient and we will get the problem resolved for you. We are focused on ensuring your purchase is as simple and pleasant as possible, we have a dedicated customer service team who are always happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning or exchanging an item within 14 days of purchase is no problem. All we ask is that you return the item(s) unworn, in the original packaging undamaged with the tags still attached.

Your order will arrive with a sales receipt on the reverse of which you will find a returns label and instructions on how to return an order either for exchange or refund.

Please ensure your return is well packaged and the return questionnaire form has been completed so that we can process your return promptly.

If you have queries about returns and exchanges or have lost the returns slip please send us an email.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as soon as possible on receipt, you will be alerted by email when your replacement item has been dispatched. Normally exchanges will be processed and sent back out to you within 3 working days.

If you require a very quick exchange we recommend that you simply return your item(s) for a refund and order your replacement item(s) direct. Orders placed via our website or telephone before 2pm will arrive the next day in the UK.

Refunds

Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of your return. Normally returns are processed and refund made within 3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund and will be asked by Ebay to confirm your order has been refunded.

All of our presently available stock of this style is listed here. New stock arrives on a daily basis so if the size or colour you want is not listed now it will be worth checking back in a week.
