:Instructions - decal will be covered with "transfer paper" .To apply just peal away transfer paper from backing making sure the decal is attached to transfer paper "sticky part" .If the decal does not stick to transfer paper when pealing apply pressure to where it wont stick and try again. For better results attaching decal to a bumpy surface or having trouble sticking, use blow dryer and go over decal quickly! leaving blow dryer over decal for too long may damage product, only a few seconds is needed.
