This auction is not for a complete Netbook, Laptop, Macbook, iPhone or iPad. It is for replacement parts only as detailed in the auction.

Laptop screens can only usually be replaced with like for like. Please ensure you are ordering the correct screen for your laptop by checking your make and model and your part number.

Dell screens are different. PLEASE ONLY SEARCH YOUR LAPTOP MODEL. Even exact part numbers may not work if they have not been purchased specifically for a Dell Laptop. 

Please note that part numbers given in auction titles are there to help you find a compatible screen for your current part number. It is not guaranteed that you will receive the same part number as that given in the auction title. You will receive a 100% compatible item of equal or better quality than the original part number. Some part numbers are now no longer available or have been superceded. In addition, the pictures shown on the auction listing are illustrative examples only to show the position of the data connector and the fixing points. 

If you are searching only under your make & model of laptop, you may find that your laptop can have been fitted with a number of different screens at different resolutions. If you are given a choice of more than one screen in our Ebay shop, it doesn't mean that simply any of them will be the correct one for your particular laptop.  

Please don't just purchase the cheapest one... We do not sell budget and premium versions of the same screens!

If you are trying to upgrade the resolution of your current screen, please do not buy from our shop unless you are fully aware of all the changes you are likely to have to make to your video cable and systemboard before the screen has any chance of working. 

All our screens conform to ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 as Class 1, as stated by most premium branded finished product manufacturers. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defective_pixel for more details.

Shipping within the EU is usually by Fedex International or UPS. On some occasions we may use Royal Mail. Your order will need to be signed for upon delivery. Shipping outside the EU is usually by Royal Mail.

Orders placed and paid for prior to 4:30pm will be despatched that same day. 

In the unlikely event your item arrives with physical damage, we need to be notified within 24 hours of signing for the goods,  whereupon we will immediately send a replacement. We will then make a claim against the courier for damages, you will need to keep the original item with all original packaging for them to inspect it. We cannot except any claims outside of this time frame sorry.

If you wish to return your item for any reason please contact us first for details and an RMA number. Please return the item in all its original packaging. We can only refund or replace the item when we actually receive it back. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt back to our warehouse.

We will only pay for return shipping when the screen is actually shown to be faulty once it is tested upon return. We will not pay return shipping if you have changed your mind or ordered an incorrect item without seeking our advice.
