This is a "private purchase" type jacket.

Not the official issue, but a higher quality civilian made example.

Size stated is 180/96, designed to fit a 38" inch chest, but the cut is baggy.

Actual measurement across the jacket from armpit to armpit is 23 inches, when laid flat.
