DESCRIPTION

 

A specific nursery grade high resilience foam insert which provides posture, support and comfort: suitable for newborns and toddlers. Surrounded by a breathable yet water repellent, anti-allergenic cover which is softly quilted for added comfort.

Features:

  • The open 'cell' foam structure allows good airflow and helps promote heat dissipation.

  • The foam is free from antimony, phosphorus, and arsenic based fire retardent treatments and made with an 'Ozone' friendly formulation.

  • The cover can be removed for separate cleaning.

  • Quilted cover for extra comfort

Care:

  • Easy cleaned (sponge with clean damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly before re-use).

  • The cover may be removed and cleaned separately. Use liquid non-biological detergent and machine wash as delicate (40 degrees max). Rinse thoroughly. Leave to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.

  • Air bedding and turn mattress as frequently as possible.

Safety:

  • Complies with BS 1877:part 10:1997

  • Complies with BS 7177:1996 (low hazard domestic use).

  • A baby who is being sick will need watching. This mattress may not soak up vomit.

  • Ensure a good fit to the mattress in the crib or cot.

  • Safely dispose of outer packaging.

  1. We ship goods throughout the  world. Deliveries to Europe, Ireland,  Northern Ireland, Highlands and Isles off  the mainland may incur additional postage  charges. Delivery charges are determined by  the location to ship to and the size and  weight of the parcel. Please Get  a Quote before making a purchase  (contact us with your postcode and product  details in hand).

  2. Delivery Address: It  is the buyer's responsibility to provide the  correct delivery address. The goods are  dispatched to the Buyer's address in eBay  records. If there is any change in your  personal details, please update your address  before checkout. If you want to arrange a  delivery to a different address than your  own, please add the new address for delivery  at checkout.

  3. The Delivery Time depends  upon the type of delivery service selected  by the buyer. Please check the table below  for the carrier handling times and these are  only to be used as guidance. In exceptional  cases these times can be much longer.

    • UK  Customers:

      • Royal Mail: Please  first of all contact your local post  office as we have found over the  time that in many cases the Royal  Mail postmen fail to leave a notice  for parcels. All you need to ask  them is if they have any parcels for  your address waiting for you to  collect. If they cannot help you  with this please contact us.

      • Hermes & Parcel force: Please  contact us and we will provide you  the tracking information and if  needed we will chase the courier for  you.

    • International Customers:

      • Royal Mail / Post Office: Normal  delivery time for international  deliveries is 9-14 business days  (Mon-Fri) excluding UK public and  Bank holidays) after receiving the  dispatch email is sent. In case of  any delay it may take up to 25  business days to deliver. Otherwise  please contact us and we will  provide you with the tracking  information, if you have paid for  the Royal Mail International  Signed-for Delivery Service.

      • Courier Service: Varies  depending upon the geographical  distance and the carrier (contact us  for further information).

  5. Receiving Delivery: When  you receive your item you must check the  package, if damaged you must mark this on  the form ('DAMAGED') when signing  (signing as unchecked will not be  sufficient). All damage to items must then  be reported to us by telephone or eBay  messages within 24hours as soon as possible.

Damaged Item OR Order Not Delivered

After an order has been  dispatched we are in the hands of the postal  system, who on occasions can damage or lose  items in the transit and sometimes can be very  slow. This is as frustrating for us as it is for  you. Please remember our customer support team  are here to help you, please get in touch before  leaving feedback to resolve your issue.

  • Item Not Delivered: If  your order hasn't arrived within 14 working  days in the  UK or 30  working days outside  the UK please contact us and we will  investigate the issue and take an  appropriate action.

  • Damaged / Faulty Item: There  is a possibility that items can get damaged  in the transit. When you receive your item  you must check the package for any sign of  damage, if damaged you must mark this on the  form ('DAMAGED') when signing  (signing as unchecked will not be  sufficient). All damage to items must then  be reported to us by telephone or eBay  messages within 24hours as soon as possible  and our friendly team of advisors will be  able to help you.

  Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Customers may return any  items within 14 days of the receipt of goods  for an exchange or a refund.
  2. All goods MUST be  returned in the original packaging with all  tags still attached, and free of any wear or  tear and unused in a good saleable  condition.
  3. In the event of a return:  You MUST contact us through eBay for full  instructions and an Authorization Reference  Number prior to returning your item.We will  provide full details and address for  returning the goods. RETURNS SENT WITHOUT  A VALID AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE  ACCEPTED.
