1. What does Dell Certified Refurbished mean?

Dell Certified Refurbished means that these systems were purchased by a customer or company, opened and returned to dell.  After returning to Dell, the systems were checked for issues, cleaned, operating system reinstalled, and quality checked.  Some items will appear to be never used and 5-10% of items might have a small blemish.  Screen condition will be in new condition with issues only coming on the case if any.

2. What does New mean?

New means the items were overstock and never used or opened by the customer. When they arrive we do open them for inspection but they can be verified as new from Dell.

3. Do you offer the same Dell warranty as if I were to purchase directly from Dell?

YES! We offer the same exact warranty and it’s going to be serviced through Dell.

4. What if we receive our order, and it has damage or is not as described?

Our service for our international customers is FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority, with a new option for DHL Express.  IF you order before 12pm PST you could possibly have your package delivered internationally the next day(based on location).  We take our international customers very seriously, so all packages are fully insured and secured without logo for a safe delivery.  Signature is mandatory.

Each package includes the computer, the windows install CD, and the AC charger.  Dell stopped including driver discs over 3 years ago on their systems, and they suggest going online to obtain all the drivers here http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19?c=us&l=en&s=dhs  Dell also installs the drivers on the hard drive under the system restore option.  This can be found by pressing CTRL F2 or F12.

8. Is there any sales tax on your items?

Only if you are located in the State of California, will you be charged sales tax.

We offer Free Ground FedEx Shipping on Most computer items.  Smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class mail by default.  We usually ship Same day for payments before 12pm PST.  Please contact us if there is a need for Saturday delivery.  Direct signature is required on all computer shipments.  Hold at FedEx location is available by calling 1.800.GO.FEDEX

International

We ship to many countries via FedEx International Economy or Priority mail.  This service is insured by default.  FedEx International usually takes 1-3 days for delivery and direct signature is required.  Customer is responsible for customs fees.  If you have a customs fee question, please inquire and we will send an individualized customs country guide.
