RTI Eco Smart disc resurfacing Machine


*Buffs out the deepest scratches in CD's, DVD's, Xbox / 360, PS1, PS2.
    ~Even takes out the laser burn deep circle scratches in the 360 games!
*The machine uses a highly precise "water-sanding" method. It buffs the protective plastic layer of the disc down to the depth of the deepest scratch.
*Even though there is water pumping over the disc to cool it down and get an even sanding, the discs still COME OUT DRY.
*Uses a standard 3 prong 110v AC power cord (included).

QUICK INSTRUCTIONAL RUN THROUGH:

There are 5 different stages the machine puts the disc through. They are color coated and have different grades of fineness.
  • 5 Blue - for really really bad scratches
  • 4 Red - for deep scratches
  • 3 Green - for medium scratches
  • 2 Yellow - for light scratches
  • 1 Black - finishing polish for very minor imperfections / finger prints.
You put the disc & appropriate pad in, close the machine, then press the correct stage according to how deep the scratches are. You'll be able easily eye-ball it after using the machine for a little while. The machine's door with pop open again after each stage is complete for you to change out the pad to the next stage. If the machine's door does not open (which is fairly common and even a part of the machine's manual) then you simply slide a credit card or other card in the top of the door to release. For the last stage of resufacing you must add a drop of white polishing compound (Not included in this listing).

I have no control over USPS shipments after they've been dropped off at the post office, therefore I will not be responsible for any packages the postal service may lose or not deliver on time. Buyer will be charged with a 20% restock fee on all returned item(s). Buyer pays for packaging costs (if any) to ship the item back. Buyer also pays for the costs to return the item. If an item is being returned claiming it is defective, I will retest the item and if I confirm it IS working the buyer will have to pay for the return shipping and packaging costs (if any) plus the 20% restock fee on the returned item.
