combine shipping, please add items to cart and then do checkout at the
end. This gives automated discount on your second order.
PAYMENT
* We only accept payment via PayPal into our fully verified business account
* There are no hidden fees – what you see is what you pay
* If paying by PayPal eCheque, the payment must clear before we can dispatch your order
* For any reason you can't make payment on time, feel free to contact me.
DELIVERY
*All
orders will be dispatched before 16:00 or next day for
late orders. We only dispatch after payment is cleared (Mon-Fri) only.
*We ship from our UK warehouse, not overseas like many sellers.
*Every
order is sent by Royal Mail 2nd / 1st Class or Special
Delivery (next day delivery) upon request.
*Delivery typically takes 1 – 3 working days1st class while 2nd class takes 3-5 working days.
*Orders are securely and safely packaged.
Overseas Economy Delivery
- Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
- Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
- North America in up to 6 weeks
- South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
- Australia in up to 12 weeks

RETURNS POLICY
* Item should be return (7 days) of receipt.
* The cost we paid for Posting and Packaging (P&P) will NOT be refunded.
* Any physical alterations or damages will be offered partial refund or will not be accepted.

Everything included in the package should be returned and
should be in its original resalable condition.
* If you would like to return the item you must send the item back at your own expense.
* To return the item, please consider the following:
> A copy of original invoice
> Please include the reason of return written on a piece of paper.
> Post in a properly packed padded envelope/box on special delivery.
> Email us the barcode/tracking number immediately after posting back.
