Extended Return Policy
We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season.
All Items dispatched during the period from 1 November, 2016 to 31 December, 2016 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on 31 January, 2017.
Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items dispatched after 31 December, 2016
Postage Information
Orders placed before 6.30 pm will be dispatched the following working day (Mon- Fri).
Next Day delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Please note that our free 48H delivery has an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days (not including dispatch day).
The majority of our mail is delivered within this time frame, however delivery times are only estimated not guaranteed
and some parcels can take longer due to postal delays especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
