This is a 1993 Elvis Presley "Hound Dog" Gold Record Figurine from Enesco.  It stands approx. 5" tall.  

 Set includes Elvis Figurine with stand and Gold Record with sleeve as pictures show the sleeve is still sealed with the record in it.  

Great for the Elvis Collector. Box has some shelf wear.
