Lubitel (russian for amateur) is the soviet tlr camera by leningrad optical mechanical association (lomo). Designed on the basis of pre-war german cameras vоigtländer brilliаn. Made in USSR
It is in good condition but it has not been tested and I have not used it. It appears to work fine though.
