A full payment is required in order for the item to be dispatched. We accept payments through PayPal. You can also pay with your credit/debit card using PayPal. The item will be dispatched on the same working day or next working day upon receipt of a full payment.

Dispatch Time:

We aim to dispatch the item the same working day of receiving cleared payment. If you do not receive your delivery  within 5 working days, please let us know via the eBay messaging system or email us at miragefashions@hotmail.com and we will be more than happy to help.

If you are not available to receive your parcel you will be left with a card with details on how to collect your parcel from the depot,or how to arrange a re-delivery.

Please note we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Please take care when entering your address details as an incomplete address can result in the parcel being returned back to us and a refund for the item will be issued.

Combined Postage:

We offer combined postage on your order. Simply add all your items, into your eBay basket, and request a combined  postage invoice.

Import Duties , Taxes:

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are charged once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the buyer's or recipients' responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for buyers  who are unable to pay these outstanding custom fees.

Returns Policy:

Under the Distance Selling Regulation, you  have 7 working days from the day of receipt to cancel your order. Our postal address can be found below. All items must be returned to the address below at your own cost. Once we have received your return, you will be issued a refund for the total value of the order.
