Payment -   All payments must be received within  2 days of auction  end.   We do not accept International Money Orders or  Checks.  We only accept paypal. If you wish to pay by any  other means,  please contact us through our website.

 Postage  - We take great  care packaging every  item to ensure safe shipment to you.  We charge a shipping fee  only to cover our costs of  materials and labor. Once your order  has been processed  and we have received cleared payment, your  item will be  dispatched as soon as possible. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other  taxes. 

Pallet Shipping: Delivery by pallet if  required  (i.e large items such as bonnets) is with the Transland   Group . UK delivery takes 2-5 days

If you have purchased  an  incorrect item for your car we cannot be held  responsible for  your mistake. Used parts are sold as  described.If you are unsure  of fitment on certain  items please contact us BEFORE ORDERING.

Fiberglass Products:
All Fiberglass  products are  made from Grade A FRP ( Fiberglass reinforced   Plastic).This ensures products are lightweight yet strong.   Professional installation required as Products will need to  be  sanded / primed and sprayed before fitting and can  sometimes  require minor modifications to fit your  particular vehicle.

Carbon fiber Products:
We are the Carbon  Culture  dealer for Europe. So buy with confidence. The Carbon   Culture brand offers an extensive range of products for  Japanese  cars especially Honda. All Carbon Culture  products are made from  Aerospace grade Carbon Fiber  and are lightweight yet very  strong. Often Carbon  culture Products like bonnets will have a  FRP skeleton  to reinforce the Carbon Fiber. This makes them very   strong for everyday use. We recommend Professional  installation  for all Carbon fiber products to ensure  correct fitment and so  product does not get damaged.

Plastic Products:
The Carbon Culture brand offers an extensive range of  plastic  products for Japanese cars especially Honda's.  We are a big fan  of Plastic as it is light and strong  and very durable.
Also  the preparation time of the  plastic product for painting and  fitting is reduced  compared to FRP. Plastic is also much more  resistant  to stone chips if prepared properly. And best of all   Plastic products through IceTronix are very competitively  priced  and are often cheaper than competitors FRP  products.  Professional installation is still required  for preparation /  painting and fitting of plastic  products.

* Professional  instalation mentioned  above is somebody who works with  fibreglass and carbon  fibre on a regular basis , not just a  regular mechanic  *

Returns -   Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded,  however we must  be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of  the item (within 24 hours).  It is the customers responsibility  to pay for and ship the item back to  us. If the item is found to  be faulty, we will also refund the postage  cost.Wrongly ordered  parts or parts that the customer does not require any  more will  be charged a 15% handling fee.
