I will gladly exchange any item if there is a problem but please be aware that the buyer does hold all responsibility for return postage, both ways. This is to ensure a smooth transaction. Please include a note inside the package stating the return address and also which item you want to exchange for. If there is no note the item will be held until contact is made.
It is not in the interest of the seller to post faulty goods or for the buyer to receive faulty goods its costly and not good practise. SO PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE POSTING
