    Returns/RMA: We only issue refunds on Defective/DOA products with an approved RMA, otherwise all sales are final and sold as is.

    Return ship costs will only be covered by US on defective/DOA products. For all other returns (including returns as of the result of the Buyer filing a PayPal Dispute), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

    All items returned without prior approval and/or a RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
