1930s era Floral CHIFFON Dress Black w/ Flowers Estate Find VINTAGE Gown Great looking vintage 1930s era chiffon dress.  Passed down in a wealthy local family from Oak Park, IL.   Dress comes with original belt.  Had small weights along the collar.   Dress is in as found condition.  May need some small repairs, but I find no holes or major damage.  No odor.  Has been stored in a cedar closet for many years.  Measurements: 16" Bust 13 1/2" Waist 47" Height
