GT-5 Guitar Effects Processor

When it comes to floor-type multiple effects units, the GT-5 is at the top of its class in both flexibility and quality. A total of 28 effects are provided the most you can find on currently available guitar effects units. The revolutionary GT-5 combines a studio-quality COSM-based guitar preamp with multi-effects capability all in a compact, road-ready pedalboard design.

Powerful distortion results from combining BOSS' traditional analog overdrive/distortion and Roland's COSM-based preamp.

Digital effects include chorus, tap tempo delay, reverb, harmonist (intelligent pitch shift),and "humanizer," with quality equivalent to studio-use equipment. An Acoustic Guitar Simulator is also built-in.

A maximum of 15 effects can be used simultaneously. 150 Preset Patches give you maximum firepower for your musical arsenal. In addition, 100 User Patches can be stored.

Unlike many multi-effects units, the GT-5 incorporates a variety of functions that make it really easy to use. For instance, dedicated buttons let you access effects instantly. A large LCD and rotary encoder are also provided, and a Quick Setting function gives you ready-to-go settings per each effect.

Tuner function is built-in.
