This is a Halloween fancy dress costume. it is a two piece costume with a great tutu style skirt and top. Both and plastic spiders on them. It has been worn by my daughter so it is not brand new and does show some signs of wear. But there is still plenty of life in it.
The size on the label says 3-4 year and I think that is about right.
