N Gauge Exhibition Standard Model Railway Layout Measuring 6 foot x 29" with a 12" high back scene

This double oval has been built 1/2 scenic with a small pond and plenty of sidings in the fiddle area.

The layout is DC (It can be built for DCC operation if required.) and includes buildings with full scenery and sidings.

All track is Peco and points are manual operation.

There is also a enough room for you to add a couple of buildings and further trees, so you can develop it to suit your own taste.

The layout also comes with 4 detachable legs which simply screw into place and stands 27" off the floor. These can be removed if not required.

I'm not into complicated things so I've made both the wiring and layout simple to operate so once unpacked it can be up and running in under 10 minutes.

This model railway layout is a great way to get into N Gauge model railways and is an ideal space saver for those of us who don't have a lot of room.

Trains, rolling stock vehicles, accessories & people are not included, Sorry.
