T1000 - Internal Dimensions: 4.93 x 2.93 x 0.94 (inches)
This is the first in our line of small plastic cases. A versatile case that is often used around water, it’s good for carrying electronic car keys, essential medications or GPS tracking devices. When customized, it has been used to house a GPS unit to track wind and surface speeds as well as locations for sailboarders. A foam case insert has been made to meet the needs of clients like Audio-Bauer. The T1000 has also served as a hard shipping case for Accu-Rite for the shipping of expensive glass lenses. Custom inserts have been made to allow an optically clear see-thru lid.
T2000 - Internal Dimensions: 6.00 x 3.41 x 1.19 (inches)
This case has been most widely used for handheld electronics, particularly smart phones. As a custom OEM case, Advantac uses it to house a military-approved survival kit. The kit regularly sells in PX’s and can also be found at select REI stores. Shure microphones uses this particular model to protect some of their audio products. Shure has their logo molded into the T2000 as well as a custom foam case insert. This size fits into the versatile small plastic cases line. A custom insert has been made to provide an optically clear see-thru lid for special applications.
T2500 - Internal Dimensions: 6.00 x 3.41 x 2.77 (inches)
This case provides great storage for boaters when used to carry phones, wallets and boat licenses. And this case has been used in some unique environments. Bio-Cooler used this model as a hard shipping case to carry vials and keep them cool in transport. The custom case was molded with a white bottom and clear see-thru lid, using two types of material – ABS and polycarbonate. Another company has used the T2500 to hold an electric motor for bilge pumps in sea kayaks. As part of our small protective cases line, custom cases can be made with see-thru lids and custom colors.
T3000 - Internal Dimensions: 7.99 x 3.90 x 1.42 (inches)
There is great versatility in this unit’s usage. Motorcycle enthusiasts have discovered it makes a great hard-sided case wallet, for carrying a cell phone, credit card, cash and extra personal items. Women riders have discovered its many uses as well… more sturdy and protective than a purse, but just as capacious. It is our first model that can take a lock for additional security. Secret Safes attaches a high-powered magnet to the back for an ideal way to hide valuables. Fishermen have used the T3000 to carry their saltwater flies.
T3500 - Internal Dimensions: 7.88 x 3.90 x 3.53 (inches)
SeaSucker has discovered that this case is ideal for boaters. By attaching rubber suctions cups on the back of the case, the T3500 can be attached practically anywhere on a boat. It’s an ideal clear plastic case for holding a boating license, sunglasses and a wallet. You can definitely keep the water out. It is our first size for custom medical kits, used primarily by campers. The rugged construction will protect the items inside. It does have locking capabilities.
T4000 - Internal Dimensions: 5.42 x 3.31 x 2.52 (inches)
This is our first case to be offered in translucent colors, which is great as a camera case or for handheld electronics. Its unique design with ‘open and close’ belt loops allows the user to attach it to a backpack or boat strap while whitewater rafting. It is also ideal for protecting expensive sunglasses or eyeglasses. The case shields electronics from impact, dust and water while in severe outdoor conditions.
T4500 - Internal Dimensions: 6.94 x 3.28 x 2.49 (inches)
A taller version of the T4000 model, you can encase larger electronics inside – such as a two-way radio. We customize this case for a firm in Germany by pad printing (4 color process) their logo on the outside. The plastic case then houses their top-of-the-line sporting eyewear and it is sold as a complete package.
T5000 - Internal Dimensions: 9.37 x 7.24 x 4.06 (inches)
This is the first case in our line that is customized specifically for the GoPro camera. We work closely with GoProfessional Cases and have foam case inserts made specifically for the GoPro camera and its accessories. This case is one of our best sellers because it is used in the cigar market as a travel humidor by Xikar, by Lamotte for holding a handheld water-testing unit and by ES&S to hold an earthquake-monitoring device. Many gun enthusiasts use this custom case for securely storing handguns.
T5500 - Internal Dimensions: 9.37 x 7.24 x 6.08 (inches)
This is the second in our line for GoPro camera cases. It is set up to hold two cameras plus accessories. In the recording industry, this custom case is great for condenser mics. In the world of satellite phones, foam case inserts are waterjet-cut out of 2lb polyethylene to hold the phones securely in the case and provide ultimate protection. Due to size, this box is only rated to 3 feet for 30 minutes
T6500 - Internal Dimensions: 11.93 x 9.02 x 5.98
The largest case we manufacture, it is the third type of GoPro Camera case. As do all our large cases, the T6500 comes with compound latches for greater sealing and compression. It has a pressure relief valve for situations where the altitude will change–all the large cases have this feature. Hixon Manufacturing uses this hard-sided case for shipping delicate pieces of surveying equipment. Due to size, this box is only rated to 3 feet for 30 minutes but we have tested it down to 17 metres!
