This is an extremely nice and clean Art Deco FLEXO articulating arm lamp made by the Art Specialty Company.  It is the Brown in color with the clamp on base...love the lion paw look to the base.  Bulbs not included.  I know that at least one of them work as it was tested as such in pictures shown.   Unfortunately I moved the one working bulb to the other slot and it burned out. Arm moves freely and stops in the place you desire. Base and arm measure appx 38" long, the lamp head is 18" wide.  Great for industrial, modern or steampunk décor, or just a great desk or drafting lamp. These were built to last forever.
