Returns must be requested within 14
days. If you need to return an item, you must leave a message
using ask seller a question link at the bottom of the listing
page and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent via a track-able shipping method such as
UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.
Include the Following with your Return:
- Original invoice or packing slip
- Write your RMA number on the outside
of the box
- Send to the address we provide you
- Send message thru Ebay with tracking
number
In most cases you will receive a refund
in 3 to 5 business days. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return, and the time it takes us
to process your return once we receive it. We'll notify you
