This is a Mamiya RB KL 65MM F4 L Wide Angle Lens for Mamiya RB67 and RZ67 Cameras. 

This lens is in excellent condition and does not have any haze, no fungus, and no separation.  Shutter is strong and accurate.  No dings on filter ring,  just looks perfect.     Comes with both front and rear caps,   and the KL Adapter which can be taken off when using on the earlier RB and RB Pro S Cameras.
